Beto is a recurring character in Season 2 of I Am Frankie. He is Cynthia Mandal's android.
He is portrayed by Ashton Heathcoat.
Character History[]
Beto is shown to be very loyal to Cynthia before and after we saw Cynthia's true colors. Beto was shown to be friendly to the Gaines family before and after we saw Cynthia's true colors. However, due to Cynthia's manipulation after her true colors were shown, Beto's kindness to the Gaines family seemed to diminish. However, after his mother's arrest, he came to the Gaines family for shelter.
Personality[]
He loves sugar, sweets and is very protective and loyal to Cynthia Mandal.
Physical Appearance[]
He resembles an eight year old male child. However, this is only his current appearance, as he looked quite different when he was first created, because Sigourney comments on his altered form.
Technical Specifications[]
- Beto has an e-stomach, which was recently upgraded by Cynthia to be larger. This accidentally resulted in giving him an increased appetite.
- Beto appears to have the ability to taste his food, resulting in a fervent desire to consume anything sweet, such as cakes and ice cream.
- Beto is strong enough to lift an adult male over his head.
Trivia[]
- He was programmed to growl like a pitbull when he thinks Cynthia is in danger.
- While he appears to be childlike, he is actually older than he appears, given he was created when Sigourney and Cynthia were college roommates.
- He is much faster than Frankie.
